Cummins Prison inmate dies after being found unresponsive in his cell
A Cummins Prison inmate has died after being found unresponsive in his cell, according to a press release from the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
According to the release, Inmate Charles Bailey, ADC #133076 was found unresponsive in a Cummins Unit barracks Wednesday morning, and was later pronounced dead.
Bailey was 48 years old, serving 20 years for a 2014 rape conviction out of Carroll County.
The death is under investigation.
